There is no minimum score for Step 1 or 2CK. As of 2021, Step 1 will be graded pass/fail.

What should I expect for interview day?
Arrive at the designated time and enjoy a light breakfast. Prior to the interviews, there will be a couple of presentations by the Program Director and Chief Resident, followed by the faculty interviews and/or conferences. After all of the interviews, you will have lunch with residents. Following lunch, you conclude your day with a tour of the ED. Your day should wrap up no later than 2:30 pm.

Where should I park on interview day?
Park in the South Street Patient Parking Garage - across from the Main ED entrance. Please bring your parking ticket with you and we will validate it for you so there is no charge.

How do I get to the Emergency Department Offices?
If you enter from the main lobby: There will be a coffee kiosk on the right side of the atrium. Follow the long hallway that is to the left of the coffee stand towards the Emergency Department. Pass through a set of double doors. The entrance to the ED waiting room will be in front of you, turn left before that. Take the elevator down to A level or take the stairs down one level and follow the signs for the Emergency Department Offices. Your interview day will start in L201, or the fishbowl.
For the 2020-2021 cycle, all interviews will be conducted virtually.
